TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E181 OF 2021 By (1) John Maina Wanyoike, (2) Patrick Mbugua Wanyoike and (3) Beatrice Wairimu Chege, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ejidio Thomas Wanyoike Neganga alias Ejidio Thomas Wanyoike, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 12th March, 1999. 12th August, 2022 The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
