E] 14 oF 2022 By Euphrasia Karimi Henry, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonard Gitobu Murithi, late of Mataara, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 13th February, 2021. CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2022 By Aladin Mutuma Mwiti, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwiti Ngeera, who died at Meru General Hospital in Kenya, on 20th November, 2020. CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2022 By Margaret Karimi Muthe, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Mugambi Kireu alias Mugambi Kireu, who died at Chogoria Hospital in Kenya, on 30th March, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
