TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E14 OF 2022 By (1) Harishbhai Jashbhai Patel and (2) Timir Patel, both of P.O. Box 18245-00500, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shardaben Jashbhai Gokaldas Patel, who died at Peponi Road, on 25th February, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenva Gazette.
