TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2022 By (1) Thomas Kiptanui Rono and (2) Sally Jemeli Bunei, both of P.O. Box 25-303007, Mosoriot in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, through Messrs. Rugut & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprono Kibunei, who died at Mutwot Sub-location, on 11th August, 2011. CAUSE NO. CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2022 By (1) Christine Chepngetich Tuimur Kogo and (2) Jummiy Kipkoech Ruto, both of P.O. Box 132-30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, through Messrs. Kipkosgei Choge & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elisha Kipkemboi Kipruto, who died at Kapsoo Sub- location, on 17th March, 2022, The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
