TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made 1n this court in. CAUSE No. 153 OF 2020 By (1) Memuna Hussein Dadar and (2) Manzoor Hussein Dadar, both of P.O. Box 85235-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hussein Pinnu Dadar, who died at Premier Hospital in Kenya, on 6th December, 2019. CAUSE No. E183 OF 2022 By Kingi Baya Yaa, of P.O. Box 83156-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Baya Yaa, who died at Malindi Hospital in Kenya, on 20th December, 1985. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
