TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO, E186 OF 2022 By (1) Ruth Sidi Changawa and (2) Price Tsofa Changawa, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Changawa Mwakamsha, who died at Kinani, Makomboani, on 16th July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E188 OF 2022 By Theresia Nduku Kyove, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philomena Mwose Kinyui alias Philomena Mwose Andrew, who died at Mafisini, Kwale, on 17th July, 1981. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
