TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E577 OF 2022 By Mary Wachuka Wangu, of P.O. Box 3764 Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of MargaretWangu Mathenge alias Wangui Mathenge, who died at Mbagathi, on 12th August, 2013. CAUSE NO. E598 OF 2022 By William Kariuki Waigwa, of P.O. Box 1758 Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Waigwa, who died at Nakuru War Memorial, on 7th January, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
