TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E206 OF 2022 By Samuel Mungai Gathogo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julia Njoki Mwangi, who died at Murang’a County and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 6th April, 2021. CAUSE NO. E327 OF 2022 By (1) Samuel Magochi Murathi and (2) Hannah Muthoni Murathi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hilary Murathi Magochi alias Hillary Murathi Magochi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd July, 2007. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
