Box 342, Tomeyetta in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Nderi Njoroge, who died at St. Joseph Hospital in Kenya. Box 411, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leah Wanjiku Karema alias Karema Leah Wanjiku, who died at St. Elizabeth Medical Centre. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2022 By (1) Regina Wambui Kinuthia and (2) Dominic Mungai Kinuthia, both of P.O. Box 21686, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Kinuthia Mungai alias Patrick Kinuthia alias Mungai Patrick Kinuthia, who died at Siloam Hospital in Kenya. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
