Box 5, Chesinende in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Malait Chebochok arap Kitur alias Malait Chebochok A. Kitur, who died at District Hospital, Kericho in Kenya, on 14th October, 2009. CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2022 By Grace Chepkemoi, of P.O. Box 61, Kapsoit in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibii arap Koskei alias Kibii arap Koske, who died at Kaptembwa, on Oth August, 2009. CAUSE No. E264 OF 2021 By (1) Stephen Kiprotich Korir and (2) Fredrick Kipkirui Korir, both of P.O. Box 86, Chesinende in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Kipkorir Kirui alias Kipkorir Kurui, who died at Chepcholiet, on 15th August, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
