TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court = CAUSE NO. E179 OF 2022 By (1) Leonard Kiplangat Kimei and (2) Jane Cherotich Mutai, both of P.O. Box 830, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chumo A. Serem alias Chumo arap Serem, who died on 15th September, 2020. CAUSE NO. E181 OF 2022 By Nikolas Kiptoo Bii, of P.O. Box 8, Kapsoit in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tapsawe arap Koech, who died at Sertwe, Laliat, on 29th September, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
