Box 17i—40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paris Ragira Ogoro alias Ragira Ogoro, who died at Engorwa Sub-location, on 7th May, 1990. CAUSE NO. 17 OF 2022 By Gechemba Obongo, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Nyakerario Otete, who died on 31st March, 2021. CAUSE NO, E304 OF 2022 By Evans Oroo Mbaine, of P.O. Box 35, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mbaine Kisesa, who died at Nyagacha, on 26th June, 2008. CAUSE NO. 308 OF 2022 By Yunes Boyaki Ochwangi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silvester Ochwangi Nyantika, who died at Rioma, Kisii, on 7th September, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
