TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 66 OF 2022 By Kadzo Konde Kalugo, of P.O. Box 5970, Malindi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kazunu Chonda Katui, who died at Mwangani, on 2nd April, 2009. CAUSE NO. 69 OF 2022 By Mwenda Ali Mwahunda, of P.O. Box 5970, Malindi in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sada Shindo, who died on 6th October, 1998. CAUSE NO. 84 OF 2022 By (1) Dama Mwambegu Mumba, (2) Sidi Mkare Mlewa and (3) Halifuu Kaingu Mishila, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Luwali Mumba Mwambegu, who died on 27th January, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
