TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 64 OF 2022 By Robert Mbugua Kamere, of P.O. Box 29177, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Samuel Kamau Kamere, who died at Thogoto, on 11th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2022 By (1) Isaac Wango Kiruiya, (2) Hottensiah Mweru Kaniu and (3) Eunice Muthoni Kaniu, all of P.O. Box 25, Githunguri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Milika Waithira Kaniu, late of Githunguri Location, who died there on 4th July, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
