TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E202 OF 2022 By Joyce Asigo Anyanzwa, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Inzobeli Anyanzwa alias Inzobeli Anyanjwa alias Inzoberi Anyanzwa alias Jeberi Anyanzwa Abwoga, who died at Ebusakami Sub-location, on 24th June, 2006. CAUSE NO. 216 OF 2022 By Rodah Ann David, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erastus Omuka Ndalsitwa alias Rasto Ndalistwa, who died on 7th November, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
