TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 86 OF 2022 By (1) Joshua Abati Ondoro and (2) Askah Motuka Habert, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aoma Ondoro alias Habat Homa Ndoro, who died at Lunga Lunga, on 10th August, 2006. CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2022 By Sebastiano Menda Atinda, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Atinda Oguta, who died at Keragia Sub-location, on 14th June, 1985. CAUSE NO. 93 OF 2022 By Richard Oanda Abobo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ongubo Ongubo, who died at District Hospital, Homa Bay in Kenya, on 28th March, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenva Gazette.
