TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E40 OF 2022 By (1) Dalmas Wambura Mwita, (2) Matiko Walter Nyamohanga and (3) Esther Gati Matiko, the deceased’s administrators, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambura Mwita, who died at Getonganya Sub-location, on 18th August, 1989. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2022 By (1) Nyamuriba Mwita Getaro and (2) Samson Muruga Mwita, the deceased’s administrators, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwita Gitinyi Marwa alias Mwita Gitinye, who died at Igena Sub-location, on 13th June, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
