CAUSE NO. 184 OF 2022 By Kenneth Benson Fondo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rachael Kahonzi Fondo, who died at Majaoni, Mtondia, on Sth April, 2011. CAUSE NO. 186 OF 2022 By Pahe Magambo Mwalune, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Magambo Mwalune Kashindo alias Mwagambo Mwalume, who died at Mwerenya, on 10th August, 2012. CAUSE NO. 187 OF 2022 By (1) Simon Chengo Kitsao, (2) GHarrison Karisa Kitsao and (3) Benson Lugo Kitsao, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitsao Karisa Mwero, who died at Mtondia, Kilifi, on Sth January, 2007.
