TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2022 By (1) Dama Malombo Sadi and (2) Mbeyu Sadi Jasho, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gedion Sadi Joseph, who died on 24th July, 2016. CAUSE NO. E197 OF 2022 By (1) Kadzo Mwaduna Chula and (2) Stephen Mwayele Mwaduna, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwaduna Chula, who died at Kilifi, on 7th December, 1974. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
