Box 124, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kigen Kiprop alias Kibrob Kigen, who died at Lenginet, Rongai, on 2nd September, 1992. CAUSE No. E105 OF 2021 By (1) Samuel Koros and (2) Rebecca Toyoi Changwony, the deceaséd’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkoros Chepkoi, who died on 28th February, 2021. Box 124, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Parndpah Kipruto Chesire, who died at Ngubereti, on 10th Deéember, 2017. CAUSE NO. 49 OF 2022 By Soti Kibwalei, of P.O. Box 15627~20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kipkoech Cherutich, who died at Industrial Area, on 30th April, 2021, The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
