TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: gs 9th September, 2022 CAUSE NO. 16 OF 2022 By Isaac Kiprono Kebenei, of P.O. Box 16, Bomet in Kenya, fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplangat Kaliasoi, who died at Kipyosit Sub-location, on 17th July, 1995. CAUSE No. E63 OF 2022 By Joseph Kimutai Chesimet, of P.O. Box 52, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chesimet arap Korir, who died at Kabusare, on 9th May, 1977. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
