Box 377, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaanga Nyanchoka Ombaba, who died at Texas Cancer Centre, on 22nd May, 2019. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2022 By Moses Mogaka Okenye, of P.O. Box 1960, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miriam Bonareri Okenye, who died at Bonyamasicho, on 11th April, 2020. CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2022 By Batiseba Miruka Nyambega, of P.O. Box 786, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyambega Nyachio, who died at Sosera, on 9th October, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
