CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2022 By (1) Paul Kiroba Nyokabi and (2) Silvester Saitoti Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 100209, Loitokitok in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphat James Njuguna Kapolondo, who died at Loitokitok Sub-county Hospital in Kenya, on 4th September, 2019, CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2022 By (1) Moses Moyentet Kasaine, (2) Josphat Parsanka Kasaine and (3) Peter Koinange Karuko, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kasaine ole Karankute alias Kasaine Karankute, who died at Illasit Entarara Sub-location, on 16th September, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
