TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2022 By Haroon Mwatiriri Mwatamaa, of P.O. Box 491, Voi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zena Walugha Salehe, who died at Voi, on 22nd March, 1994. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2022 By Bakari Mohamed Mwakio, of P.O. Box 513, Voi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Mwakio Mwasafa, who died at Mwatate, on 3rd March, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
