Box 1137, Thika in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacinta Wachuka Njuguna, who died at District Hospital, Gatundu in Kenya, on 4th June, 2013. CAUSE No. E345 oF 2022 By (1) Maria Karungari Mugo and (2) Peter Kihara Mugg, both of P.O. Box 1037, Thika in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Mugo Kihara, who died on 4th August, 2018. CAUSE NO. E346 OF 2022 By (1) Michael Muchoki Thuo and (2) Pauline Waithira, both of P.O. Box 29-01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Thuo Muchoki, who died at St. Jude Nursing Home on 2nd August, 2013. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
