TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 62 OF 2021 By (1) Dorcas Ndum: Mutuku and (2) Daniel Wasya Mutuku, both of P.O. Box 351-Athi River in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mutuku Mailu, who died at Mavoko Sub-location, on 5th May, 2020. CAUSE NO. 63 OF 2022 By (1) Dorcas Ndumi Mutuku and (2) Daniel Wasya Mutuku, both of P.O. Box 35!-Athi River in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephine Kavisyo Mutuku, who died at AIC Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 10th March, 2015 CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2022 By (1) Joshua Mweu Nduva and (2) Elizabeth Mbula Mwangangi, both of P.O. Box 1, Masii in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Mutono, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on lst March, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
