CAUSE NO. 235 OF 2022 By Francis Ombewa Milenye, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Milenye Owino, who died on 3rd August, 2000. CAUSE NO. E239 OF 2022 By Damaris Agola Aseto, of P.O. Box 43—-40400, Migori in Kenya, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enoch Otieno Aseto, who died at Nyamanga Sub- location, on 21st April, 2022. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
