Box 52, Kesogon in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cheptarus Marta Rusio, who died at Kipsaina, on 25th May, 1992. CAUSE No. 20 OF 2022 By Benson Juma Mabusi, of P.O. Box 260, Ndalu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Mabusi Nandasaba, who died at Kwanza, on 14th March, 1978. CAUSE NO. 73 OF 2022 By (1) Onduto Jerimo and (2) Noel Shikuku Onduto, both of P.O. Box 2325, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James David Onyango, who died at South B, on 18th June, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
