TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E240 oF 2022 By Nyachieo William Bange, of P.O. Box 4132-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Nyachieo Onchoka alias Nyaochio Onchoka, who died on Ist April, 1984. CAUSE NO. E270 OF 2022 By Wika Ong’ondi Mage, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obuya Wika, who died at Bosinange Location, on 19th January, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
