TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2022 By (1) Job Nyang’au Rabera and (2) Erustus Mwangi Obare, both of P.O. Box 1040500, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Obare Rabera alias Francis Rabera, who died on 26th January, 2006. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
