TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 105 OF 2022 By Alfred Kaingu Hinzano, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hinzano Kiponda Hinzano, who died at Goshi, on 18th January, 1996. CAUSE No. 109 OF 2022 By (1) Grossi Gabrio, (2) Grossi Ilario and (3) Grossi Germano, the deceased's children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fiorella Magale, who died on 22nd September, 2020. CAUSE NO. 111 OF 2022 By (1) Anna Jumwa Kitsao and (2) Kanze Mathias Gona, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathias Gona Karisa, who died at Kwa Upanga, on 20th August, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
