TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2022 By (1) Johnson Munyao Ndilu and (2) Mathew Muli Ndilu, both of P.O. Box 5023-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndilu Ndolo, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 9th January, 2012. CAUSE No. E75 OF 2022 By (1) Joel Njenga Mbithi and (2) Rebecca Nzisa Mbithi, both of P.O. Box 2050-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Mbithuka Wambua, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 26th February, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
