E166 OF 2022 By David Okwomi Angaya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rafael Odongo Angaya alias Tadayo Angaya, who died at Lukohe Sub-location in 2012. CAUSE NO. E187 OF 2022 By Moses Ogolo Jared Sigari, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jared Sigari Alikhaba alias Sigari Alukhaba, who died at Mukhaka. on 10th October, 1974. CAUSE NO. E188 OF 2022 By (1) Deborah Nekesa Ogola and (2) Grace Awuor Otieno, the deceased’s granddaughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Odenyo Ogola alias Odenyo Ogola, who died at Shibembe in 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
