TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 328 OF 2022 By Benjamin Otieno Amollo, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joanes Nyateng Diero alias Nyateng Diero, who at Kochieng, on 22nd April, 2004. CAUSE NO. E347 oF 2022 By Clarkson Otieno Karan, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abenego Abuto Ouma alias Abenego Abuto Auma, who died at Nyamware South, on 7th June, 2000. CAUSE NO. E348 OF 2022 By (1) Agnes Achieng Omire and (2) Barack Otieno Omire, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Omire Muga alias Stephen Omire, who died along Kisumu—Ahero Road, on 22nd April, 1991. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
