TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E104 OF 2021 By George Ogombe Oduma, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Oduma Ogombe, who died on 20th September, 2003. CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2022 By Prisca Adhiambo Nganyi. the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alois Joseph Nganyi alias Alois Joseph Nganyi Gwako, who died on 18th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
