Box 9640414, Isebania in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Ludeki Kigedi, who died at Nyamaharaga, on 6th June, 2019. CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2022 By Ibrahim Robi Motongori, of P.O. Box 99-40414, Isebania in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yohana Motongori Burure, who died at Ngochoni Sub-location, on 4th August, 2008. CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2022 By Paulo Isah Siruri, of P.O. Box 571, Migori in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boke Siruri, who died on 4th May, 1975. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
