Box 226-601 13, Kiritiri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musembi Wambua Mutuambue alias Musembi Wambua Mutyambui, who died at Wachoro, on 13th December, 2016. CAUSE No. E95 OF 2022 By Virginia Mugure Kungu, of P.O. Box 1, Karnba, the deceased's administratrix, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Imanuel Kungu Muthitu alias Emmanuel Kungu Muthitu alias E. Kungu s/o R. Muthitu, who died at Nairobi, Kenya, on 14th January, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
