CAUSE NO. 311 OF 2022 By (1) Lukas Omondi Oloo and (2) Anastasia Obayo Obare, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Oduor Oloo alias John Oduori Oloo, who died on 21st July, 2002. CAUSE NO. 312 OF 2022 By Pius Juma Otieno, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Othieno Owala Mududa alias Othieno Owala, who died on 30th July, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
