Box 49-40132, Rabuor in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peterlis Ogoya Akech, who died at Obwonda, Buoye, on Ist June, 2010. CAUSE NO. E116 OF 2022 By Agnes Juma Okeyo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sakaria Mbeda Ogone alias Mbeda Gone, who died at Kanyawegi, on 14th November, 1991. CAUSE No. E126 OF 2022 By Maurice Otieno Nyanjong, of P.O. Box 1226, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lewnard Ochieng Nyanjong alias Leonard Ochieng Nyanjong, who died on 18th July, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
