E104 oF 2022 By Medeline Abright Oduor, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Phesto Oweda Atendo, who died on 9th May, 2000. CAUSE NO. E105 oF 2022 By Beatrice Awuor Otieno, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonida Onudi Achieng, who died on 20th July, 1996. CAUSE No. E107 OF 2022 By Joseph Ouma Awino, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Oyano Woga Bete, who died on 7th April, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
