TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E111 OF 2022 By (1) Eliud Dinga and (2) Amos Ombija Dinga, both of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beldina Oguta Dinga alias Oguta Ndinga, who died at N. N. G. Hospital, on 6th July, 1982. CAUSE NO. E112 OF 2022 By James Owino Okumu, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Ochieng Okumu, who died at South Ratta, on 14th August, 2008. CAUSE No. E114 OF 2022 By James Agadi Adenya, of P.O. Box 27, Paw Akuche in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johanes Oboge Adenys alias Oboge Adenya, who died at East Kolunje, on 3rd September, 1976. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
