WHEREAS Abeba Woldehaimanot Abbay, of P.O. Box 76293- 00508, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of all that flat No. A-5 erected on that piece of land known as L.R. No. 2/709, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 148585/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, - notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
