REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Gatimu Njenga and (2) Ndirangu Njenga, are registered as proprietor lessees of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 13542/107 (Orig No. 13542/70/11), situate in the Nakuru Municipality in the Nakuru District, by virtue of a lease registered as LR. 131838/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
