WHEREAS (1) Peter Nganga Mbugua (ID/1736364) and (2) Waihumbu Mbugua (ID/11127161), are registered as praprietors in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 1|.97 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title Nos. Loitokitok/Emperon/4413 and 4414, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice 1s given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
