REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nderitu Ndungu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kiambogo/Kiambogo Block 2/24937, situate in the district of Nakuru, whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof. I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period. Dated the 14th October, 2022.
