WHEREAS Samwel Muigai Thungu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Eldoret Municipality Block 15 (Huruma)/58, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Eldoret in succession cause No. E46 of 2021, has issued a grant of letter of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favor of Martin Thungu Muigai, of P.O. Box 1654-30100, Eldoret, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L. R. A. 42, and issue land title deed in the name of Martin Thungu Muigai, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Samwel Muigai Thungu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. -Dated the 14th October, 2022.
