REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Margaret Mulemia (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Miti Mingi/Mbaruk Block 1/584 (Ndege), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the senior resident magistrate’s court at Butere in succession cause No. 93 of 2016. has issued grant in favor of Gaius Khaunga Otenyo, whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Margaret Mulemia (deceased) is lost. notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered L.R.A. 50 in the name of Gaius Khainga Otenyo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Margaret Mulemia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
