REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gichuki Kabaye Dugure (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.22 acre or thereabouts, known as Kiambaa/Waguthu/T.26, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the chief magistrates court at Nakuru in succession cause No. 307 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration to Helena Muthoni Kabure, of P.O. Box 156, Subukia, whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Gichuki Kabaye Dugure (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 & R.L. 7 and issue land title deed to Helena Muthoni Kabare, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gichuki Kabaye Dugure (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
