REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Margaret Ruguru Mungai, of P.O. Box 51-20102, Elburgon in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 9538/60, situate in north East of Rongai Township, under a certificate of title registered as JR. 38285/1, and whereas Margaret Ruguru Mungai has executed an instrument of transfer in favor of Harun Kiptarus Tanui, and whereas affidavit have been filed in terms of section 31 of the land registration Act No. 3 of 2012, that the said certificate of title registered as No. IR 38285/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with registration of the said transfer.
