WHEREAS Gideon Munyua Warui (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Thika Municipality Block 19/1146, situate in the district of Kiambu. and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Gatundu in succession cause No. 2 of 2004 directing the name Gideon Munyua W>rui (deceased) be cancelled and replaced with that of (1) Robert Waweru Munyua, (2) David Gathumbi Munyua and (3) Albert Njehia Munyua, and whereas the said certificate of title issued earlier to Gideon Munyua Warui (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice 1s given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof. pravided no valid objection has been received within that period. I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gideon Munyua Warui (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
